Golf GPS Scorecard - Record shots

1. After going to my-shot-screen 

1. Pick up the clubs you used and press OK button. Golf GPS scorecard will persist the data on the phone storage and return to current-scorecard-screen with message. 
2. The 3 checkboxes mean at most 3 shots if using the same club on the same GPS position. Beside you can use different clubs on the same GPS position.
3. my-shot-screen provides camera mode/non-camera mode depends the global setting (the setting-screen). But from the option menu you still can enable or disable it on depend.

The camera option menu item to let you disable/enable camera mode on demand
